  1. What's my unique selling proposition (USP)? In other words, what sets me apart from everyone else in the market? It might be your product, it might be your price point, but whatever it is, make sure it's something that customers will find irresistible. Remember, you're not just competing against other businesses – you're competing against every single option that exists in your customer's mind.
  2. Who is my target audience? This question might seem obvious, but it's astonishing how many brands fail to really understand their customers. You need to know everything about them: what they like, what they dislike, what motivates them, what scares them. Only then can you create a brand that speaks directly to their needs and desires.
  3. What are my core values? This is where things get personal. Your brand's personality should be an extension of your own – because customers want to do business with people they like and trust. So think about what makes you tick, and use that as the foundation for your brand's identity. But remember: authenticity is key. Don't try to pretend to be something you're not – it will show through in everything you do.
